KÄPYLÄ on yksi harvoista vanhoista puutaloalueista Tampereella. Se sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta ja sinne pääsee keskustasta bussilla. Rauhaniemen UIMARANTA on vain muutaman sadan metrin päässä ja sieltä löytyy myös ympäri vuoden auki oleva kansankylpylä jossa on yksi Tampereen suosituimmista yleisistä saunoista. Käpylä rajoittuu Kaupin ULKOILUalueeseen jossa on valaistut ulkoilureitit lenkkeilyyn ja talvella hiihtämiseen. Läheltä löytyy myös GOLFKENTTÄ ja lähin lentokenttä on vajaan puolen tunnin ajomatkan päässä Pirkkalassa.

Käpylä is surrounded by a thick and big FOREST where you can walk, run, bike and ski (in winter) as well as pick berries and mushrooms or just wonder around. You can also play GOLF at Tammer-golf. Nearest AIRPORT Pirkkala is only about 20 km away and you can reach it either by bus or car.
