Yläkerran päätyjen uusiminen / Rebuilding the first floor gables

Yläkerran päätykolmioiden vuorilaudoituksessa oli paljon lahoa eikä vuorilautojen alla ollut tuuletusrakoa joten päädyt päätettiin uusia kokonaan.

The planks of the gables (triangle-shaped part) upstairs were partly rotten. Also the ventilation was insufficient and we decided to rebuild the whole thing.
